Q: What steel standards can you supply?
A: We provide steel products conforming to ASTM, EN, JIS, API 5L, GB standards. We can produce pipes, steel plates, coils, profiles according to your required standards. We can also issue official test certificates (MTC).
Q: Can I customize size, thickness and length? Do you support OEM & ODM?
A: Yes. We support OEM & ODM customization. We can adjust outer diameter, wall thickness, length, surface treatment, packaging as your requirements. You can provide drawings or samples for production.
Q: How to guarantee product quality? Can we inspect goods before shipment?
A: Strict internal quality control is implemented during production. We support third-party inspection (SGS, BV etc.). You can choose online video inspection, or arrange inspectors to visit our factory. All goods come with mill test certificate.
Q: What is your delivery lead time?
A: For regular stock sizes: 7–15 days. For customized production orders: 15–35 days. The exact delivery time depends on quantity and specifications. We will confirm schedule before order placement.
Q: What surface treatment options are available?
A: We offer black paint, anti-rust oil, galvanized, hot-dip galvanized, 3PE/2PE coating, varnish, blasting treatment, as per your project needs.
Q: How about packaging? Can we use our own brand package?
A: Standard export seaworthy packaging to avoid rust and damage during sea transport. We accept customized packaging, printing your logo and brand information as OEM requirements.
Q: How to solve quality problems after receiving goods?
A: Please provide clear photos, videos and test evidence within the agreed time. We will quickly evaluate the situation and offer proper solutions such as replacement, compensation according to the contract terms. We provide professional remote after-sales support.
