Pre-galvanizing process in steel pipe production
Steel Coil Preparation
The process begins with the use of steel coils, which are cleaned to remove impurities such as dirt, grease, and rust. This is typically done using an acid pickling process where the steel is submerged in an acidic solution (often hydrochloric acid) to remove oxide scales and contaminants.
Fluxing

Pre-Galvanizing (Hot-Dip Galvanizing)
