2.Rectangle tools are used for rust prevention treatment, and special tools such as steel brushes are used to polish and polish the surface of the steel, which can remove loose or shrunken oxide skin, rust, welding scars, etc. The rust prevention treatment of manual tools can achieve second level rust prevention treatment, while the rust prevention treatment of special tools for driving force can achieve third level rust prevention treatment. The surface of the steel is adhered with strong compounds, and the actual effect of rust prevention treatment for props is poor, which cannot meet the deep level requirements of the rust prevention treatment project for anchor rods.
3.Acid pickling and passivation of square steel pipes are generally carried out using chemical and electrolytic methods. For steel pipe anti-corrosion, only chemical methods are used for acid pickling and passivation, which can remove oxide skin, rust, and old coatings. Sometimes, it can be eliminated after shot blasting. The cleaning of chemical raw materials can achieve a certain level of cleaning and surface roughness on the surface, but the anchor lines are shallow and very prone to environmental pollution.
4.The square tube spray rust prevention treatment uses a high-power motor to spray leaves at high speed. Polishing materials such as gold steel sand, steel balls, fine iron wire segments, and minerals are sprayed on the surface under the action of inertia force. This not only fundamentally cleans rust, metal oxides, and stains, but also achieves the required uniform surface roughness under the significant impact and sliding friction of the polishing material.
