Cold-rolled steel wire was first developed and used by West Germany in 1968 as a new and effective construction material and the substitute for first class steel (polished and round steel bar). The products have advantages of good weld ability, strength, concrete bonding, etc. BRC ARABIA (LLC) can produce Cold Rolled Steel Wires either in Plain or Deformed type from 5mm to 12mm diameter. We can supply cut to lengths in bundles of weight up to 1 Ton and maximum length of 12 Meters or Compact Coils with following dimensions Cold-rolled steel is commonly used in construction to produce beams, columns, structures, and sections. It's also used in the construction of steel sheds, industrial buildings, and garages. Compared to other steel processing methods, cold rolled steel properties typically include a smoother, scale-free, finish; less material loss; tight manufacturing tolerances; a higher degree of customization; and up to 50% more tensile strength.

Cold-rolled steel wire this process produces steel with closer dimensional tolerances and a wider range of surface finishes than hot rolling. Cold rolled steel is typically harder and stronger than standard hot rolled steels. It has a smooth and shiny finish, sharper corners, and more precise dimensions than hot rolled. Cold rolled steel is generally found in flat, square or round shapes Cold-drawing changes the steel's shape and size by pulling the material through a carbide die or turks head. Often, steel will go through cold-rolling first and then cold-drawing to enhance its properties for better performance.
